What is TubaChristmas?

TubaChristmas is an annual holiday concert tradition that brings tuba, euphonium, and baritone players of all ages together to perform festive music for the community. Musicians gather in cities around the world to celebrate the season with the rich, warm sound of low brass.

Who can participate?

All tuba, euphonium, and baritone players! Our ensemble spans generations, from middle school students to lifelong musicians. Whether you’re a young musician, a returning player, or a seasoned performer, there’s a place for you in the ensemble.

What is the cost?

Musician registration is $15 and includes a 2026 TubaChristmas button.

Audience admission is free.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a music stand and a spit rag for the performance.

“Carols for a Merry TubaChristmas” music book. BC and TC books are available for purchase at registration - $25 (large book) or $20 (small book).

Bright/festive clothing and instrument decorations are encouraged! TubaChristmas hats and scarfs are available for purchase at registration.

Where do I park?

Metered street parking is plentiful around the church.

Paid parking is also available at the 7th Street Garage, with entrances from 7th and Elm Streets. Church access is through street level or an entrance on the second floor of the garage.

How can I watch?

The performance is free and open to the public. TubaChristmas is a great family-friendly event to start the holiday season.
